- Saving money.
- Mastering, becoming competent in any field of study.
- GOOD BOOKS HELP RUN BETTER.

- IMPORTANT THINGS TAKE A COMMITMENT — NOT A TRIAL. Luke 9:23

- You don’t try it; you commit to it to see the benefits and enjoy it.
- Living for Jesus.
- About two years to adapt to running barefoot.
- MANY PEOPLE WILL THINK YOU ARE WEIRD.
- Are you doing what you are doing because you think it is best or to please other people and escape criticism? Galatians 1:10
- Should make decisions on what is best to glorify God. Matthew 5:16
- IT’S WORTH IT.
- At 70 years old I feel great.
- I have been blessed tremendously.
- The Christian life is worth it. 2 Timothy 4:6-8
