7. P-erformance, II Cor 8:9-10-11; complete (ASV).

8. P-roving your love, II Cor. 8:8; 24; John 14:15.

Discussion:

1. Example: the widow’s two mites, Mark 12:41-44.

2. Motivation: Because of Christ’s Passion—the Cross and Resurrection, Acts 1:3; Gal. 2:20; I Cor. 15:1-10.

3. Paul gave thanks for all gifts and offerings sent to him by the church for his benefit and to glorify God,
Philippians 4:10-19!
